MARYLAND CRAB CAKES-  Plump pan seared crab cakes served with spicy Remoulade sauce and a fresh fruit salsa.


COUNTRY PATE- Our chef’s homemade liver pate served with rustic toast points, diced onion, gherkins and mustard.



EASTER HAM-  Slow roasted honey baked ham served with three cheese scalloped potatoes and sauteed green beans. Accompanied by a side of whole grain Dijon mustard.


PRIME RIB- A 16 ounce cut of slow roasted prime rib served with a baked potato, green beans, onion rings, au jus and horseradish cream sauce.


ROSEMARY LEG OF LAMB- Herb roasted sliced leg of lamb served with buttered carrots, scalloped potatoes, mango chutney and a fresh Rosemary au jus.


PASTA MILANO- Plump pan seared scallops and jumbo Gulf shrimp simmered in a rich lobster sherry cream sauce with fresh spinach and herbs. Tossed with imported Fettuccine pasta.
