CAPRESE TOAST-  Sliced ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and Genoa salami served on grilled peasant bread. Finished with Kalamata olives, fresh garlic, basil, reduced Balsamic and extra virgin olive oil.


COUNTRY PATE- Our chef’s homemade liver pate served with rustic toast points, diced onion, gherkins, and whole grain mustard.



CHICKEN CORDON BLEU- Boneless chicken breast rolled with Black Forest ham, Swiss, Ricotta and Parmesan cheese-Baked golden and sliced over Fettuccine pasta tossed in a rich brandy cream sauce with mushrooms, onions, asparagus tips and red peppers.


BERMUDA SWORDFISH- Pan seared citrus marinated Atlantic swordfish filet topped with a fresh mango fruit salsa. Accompanied by a side of spicy Remoulade, sauteed mixed vegetables and rice pilaf.


PRIME RIB-  A 16 ounce cut of slow roasted prime rib served with a baked potato, green beans, onion rings, au jus and horseradish cream sauce.
