The United States Army defeated The British at the Battle of Saratoga 247 years ago. In memory and recognition we are proud to offer the victory dinner that is believed to have been served that glorious night.

ENTRÉE- Center cut boneless pork loin rolled with a delicious sausage, apple and raisin stuffing-Baked golden and served with Rosemary gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, Johnny cakes and a brown sugar baked apple.

DESSERT- Bread pudding with whiskey caramel and fresh whipped Chantilly cream with choice of coffee or tea.
