BISTRO SALAD- Baby Arugula tossed in a light citrus vinaigrette topped with warm goat cheese, pickled beets, toasted walnuts and Mandarin oranges.


SHRIMP COCKTAIL- Jumbo ice cold shrimp served with spicy cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.



SALMON WELLINGTON- Delicately poached salmon filet wrapped in a flaky golden baked puff pastry with a delicious mushroom tapenade. Finished with a delicious lemon Beurre Blanc sauce, mixed vegetables and rice pilaf. 


CHICKEN FRANCAISE- Tender chicken breast dipped in a Genovese Parmesan batter and sautéed golden ~ served atop a bed of spinach and finished with a delicious lemon white wine butter sauce.  Accompanied by a side of angel hair tossed in extra virgin olive oil with chopped garlic.


BISTECCA- A plump pan seared Filet Mignon served on twin pools of a rich Gorgonzola cream and a fresh shallot Demi-Glace topped with French fried onion ribbons. Accompanied by our chef’s three cheese scalloped potatoes and sauteed buttered carrots.


PASTA MILANO- Plump seared scallops and jumbo Gulf shrimp simmered in a rich lobster sherry cream sauce with fresh spinach,  herbs and spices. Tossed with imported Fettuccine pasta.
