Elm Tree Roast Pork: Slow roasted, herbed pork loin ladled with apple rosemary gravy. Served with mashed potatoes, homemade red cabbage and out own applesauce.

Yankee Pot Roast: Top Round seared then simmered with onions, celery, and carrots. Served with mashed potatoes. So good you'll think we kidnapped your mom!

Lasagna: Homemade lasagna layered with ground beef, ricotta cheese, marinara and mozzarella cheese.

Broiled Salmon: Fresh Atlantic salmon broiled in a lemon white wine. Served with rice pilaf

Chicken Marsala: Tender Chicken medallions dusted in seasoned flour sauteed with mushrooms, finished with Marsala wine.

Pasta Primavera: Medley of fresh garden vegetables, garlic, basil and spices simmered in a white wine sauce tossed with linguine

Boston Haddock: Haddock topped with fresh tomatoes and bread crumbs baked in lemon white wime and butter served with a side of rice pilaf.

Chicken Parmigiana: Breaded chicken cutlet dipped in eggs and seasoned bread crumbs with fresh basil sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and topped with marinara sauce and provolone served with a side of linguine marinara.

Salmon Cakes: Atlantic salmon cakes encrusted with oyster crackers and sauteed golden brown. Served with a zesty remoulade sauce.

Bisteca: (Lunch 8 oz. Dinner 10 oz.) Top sirloin steak and grilled to you liking smothered with sherried mushrooms and metled Brie cheese.

Penne Roma: Sweet Italian sausage and sundried tomatoes sauteed then finished in a vodka cream sauce tossed with penne pasta, topped with fresh mozzarella.

Mediterranean Haddock: Fresh haddock filet baked with concasse tomatoes, calamata olives, black olives and capers, served with rice pilaf.

Salmon EnCroute: Fresh salmon a top buttery dill flavored rice wrapped in puff pastry, baked and drizzled with a lemon, champagne sauce. A favorite of Russian czars!

Chicken Francaise: Boneless chicked breast dipped in Genovese batter, sauteed golden brown. Served over spinach with a lemon garlic butter sauce. Served with garlic angel hair pasta.
